Today I wanted to talk to you about the High Intensity Workout and why it could be beneficial to consider.
Do you know why? Why would you want to do something crazy like that opposed to let’s say taking a walk in the park or running or riding a bike at the gym?
Why Should You Do High Intensity Workout?
Before we begin, let’s just clarify one thing, I am not saying that there is anything wrong with going for a walk or running or riding a bike at the gym… nothing at all. All I am trying to do is give you some useful information so you can decide if you want to do High Intensity Workout instead!
Alright so with that out of the way… quite honestly I like High Intensity Workout the best of all available options. Why? Because they feel very efficient to me. Once you are done working out, it actually feels that you have accomplished something to better your body. Heck, just take a look at the picture and the sweat puddle I was able to make in JUST 30 minutes. Crazy right, but it works!
Alright so you may or may not know but sweating during the workout is actually really good for you. Your body gets a chance to push out all the toxins and then you can replace your fluids with…. water of course, lol don’t sabotage your workout by drinking juices or sodas after the workout. In fact, the best thing to drink at this time would be a protein shake because your body can use the nutrition after the workout and makes the most use of it, but that is a totally different topic of its own and will write about that in more detail at a later time.

Alright so there it goes. My next favorite reason is… TIME. Huh, what you may say? What are you talking about? Yes that is right, time. I can get a more effective workout done in less time opposed to alternatives such as walking, jogging, you get the idea. I value my time dearly and want to spend as much as I can with my family but I want to be healthy and extend my life expectancy so take this as our fitness tip. Workout now to have more time later! Pretty cool. Let’s be honest… 30 minutes anyone can find. If I told you have to workout for 2 hours… that would not be so cool. But to push the envelope even more, I workout 30 minutes at home so I save time going to gym 🙂 What would you do rather a 30 Minute High Intensity Workout or 2 hour moderate pace workout? Choice is yours of course!
Well, you may say- I am not in great shape to start High Intensity Workout. And the best reply here is that you don’t have to be perfect to start, but once you do, you will get better and better over time. So yes you can get started with high intensity, just listen to your body, it will tell you if you are pushing too hard!

The RESULTS! They come much quicker once you put in more effort and go at it more aggressive. Remember all the sweat in the picture, just think of it in terms of FAT CRYING!!!
