Today I wanted to share some tips that may seem strange but will help you reach your fitness goals. These particular tips are not that hard, but do play important role because as it turns out, you may be sabotaging your own results!

You may or may not know that losing weight and keeping it off requires some lifestyle changes. You don’t have to do it all at once but rather take a long term approach from making small changes that you can sustain in the long run. The short term solutions like crazy fad diets or miracle pills (who even knows what the size effects are) may not sustain the fitness goals that you are looking for. Or even worse, you get some results and then put the weight all back on and would have to start all over again.
So Do You Want To Know My Strange Weight Loss And Exercise Tips?
It is not enough to make fitness goals, it is not enough to make the plan on how to reach them, it is not enough to go through with it and hope that someday you will reach your fitness goals. Not enough. So the strange tip is to polish your mindset and vision. Well… what… what does that mean?
It is quite simple, make a Fitness Goals Checklist that will include items such as clean eating, exercise but then also attach some emotion to the goals that you are trying to hit. You need to believe in yourself that you are capable of achieving them. Develop a strong image of what would you look like once you reached your fitness goals? Are you loosing some weight (and again some is not enough, be specific- Five, ten, twenty pounds, whatever your goal is), or trying to gain some muscle or tone. See yourself there before it happens. What will you do? Where will you go? What will you wear? Who will you see? This is very important, because your Vision needs to be strong enough to get through the hard days when you don’t feel like following your Fitness Goals List, don’t feel like working out or when you are reaching for the junk food.
The mindset is just as important. You can develop the attitude and act as if… act as if you already reached your fitness goals. No it does not mean not to work out, it does not mean not to eat clean, it does not mean to forget the good habits that your are taking on. No that is not what I am saying at all. Instead, when it gets hard, convince yourself that it is not all that bad, it would be much easier had you reached your goals and that is where acting as if… comes in play. It will help you push through and achieve your fitness goals!
As you can see, Exercise and Weight Loss do go hand in hand, there are other things to consider.
