The only question remains… when to start? Are there better days to start the fitness journey than others, beginning of the week, or end, month and so on!

So Exactly When Is A Good Time To Start Your Fitness Journey?

It kind of seems like a trick question, doesn’t it? And quite honestly it is… Because if you have already made a plan to address your Health and Fitness Goals then technically you have already started your fitness journey 😉

Alright, but all jokes aside… you realize that the longer you wait, the longer it will take you to reach your goals. It is as simple as that. And another point I want to bring up is that the longer you wait, the less chances you actually have on starting. The minute that you decide to address your Health and Fitness Goals is the same time that you MUST start taking action towards reaching them.

My fitness journey started some time ago now, but at first it was just a wish, a fantasy… heck I did not have any goals set, but I took action and started working out. While I was not getting the results that I wanted until I made Fitness Goals to Aim for, I still took action and was working out.

Take action my friends and start moving towards your goals. It does not matter if you are considering working out to lose weight or build muscle, just do it! And here is the main question answered, NO it does not matter what day it is, it does not matter what time of the day it is, it does not matter what month it is. Any time is good, but… there is never a better time than NOW! So what are you going to do? Wait until stars align just right and moon turns blue, or decide to take action and just go for it? Up to you…!
