Alright its not as bad as it sounds and for the most part, these are quite simple tips that will help you reach your Health and Fitness Goals… but only if YOU chose to implement them! I know they will work for you because that is exactly what I did to reach my goals.
- Set very specific goals of what you are trying to accomplish and write it down. Have it in front of you at all times just as a reminder. This helped me better choices from nutrition standpoint when going out to eat for lunch as well as motivated to put the gym gear on when I wanted to kick up my feet and watch TV.
- Figure out WHY you are trying to reach that goal. Is it for health reasons already or potential prevention. This part is important, because some days you will have to dig deep to push through and keep on track to reach your Health and Fitness Goals.
- Schedule your exercise time on the calendar and keep you fitness gear with you just in case. This was a great tip for me that pushed me to follow through with the plan because it was already made and I was prepared for it.
- You don’t have to be great when first starting, but do not give up. Just do your best and keep pushing. You may not see the results yet, but then again, it took you some time to get to the level that you are at right now!
- Whatever you do… DON’T GIVE UP!!! This is a common mistake that people make and then regret it at the end. Tired of starting over all the time…. Don’t Give Up!

- Pay close attention to your nutrition. Simply put… you cannot out exercise a bad diet! Period. I have tried and did not succeed. I almost quit because of that as well, but am so glad that kept at it and is the reason why I am sharing these super simple my life changing tips!
- Make sure you drink plenty of water. No soda, no diet stuff, no juice just plain water. OK, so you can add some lemon or if you absolutely must some flavor. In my case, I do not have any issues drinking plain water and hope you can do the same.
- And the last life changing tips, have a support available to you when you need it most. Let it be for cheering you up along the way or motivation or encouragement, but be ready for the tough days.
