What To Eat Before Exercise To Increase Endurance?

One option is to eat a lentil salad about 30 to 40 minutes before the workout. The iron in lentils helps you produce hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in your blood. This is a good, healthy way to increase exercise endurance.
You may have heard this before, but drink some beet juice. There have been multiple studies performed involving beet juice and fitness endurance, as a result, a 14% increase or exercise time was observed. The reason why beet juice helps you increase exercise endurance is that the nitrates in beets reduce your muscles need for oxygen, so you can go at it for longer.
Do you eat much honey? Well perhaps you should consider if you want to boost your exercise endurance. The slow release of natural sugars is being converted into energy allowing you to exercise longer. One of my favorite snacks is to put some honey on a banana before the workout. Try it sometime!
