If you like to run, then maybe this article will give you some ideas on how to Improve Running Efficiency. If you don’t run for one reason or another, maybe this will help you to get going and help you with the issues you may be having.
So our first tip on how to improve your running is to take a look at your posture when you run. It should be balanced, slightly forward posture. I have seen where people are either leaning back or way too much forward which can cause some issues with strides, breathing or even injuries. Staying in the right posture will align your body, especially your back, open up your lungs and will build an overall good foundation for your running.
Tip number two is leave your arms eased up freely swinging along the side of your body. This is important as for sure it will Improve Running Stride. If you swing your arms in front of your body while running, then naturally you are leaning back and would take you out of optimal running stance.
Next tip to improve your running is to pay attention to your stride. Does your heel strikes the ground first? I know that is one of my biggest problems while running. This creates some aches and pains in the lower back area and shin splints. Instead, try to target mid foot when making a contact with the ground. Keep your knees slightly bent that will help to accomplish this tip as well as absorb the shock with your knees opposed to only heel.

Last tip is try to have nice synchronized body movement when running. Strides match the arm movement, proper posture and before you know it, you will see, that it is not all that hard to Improve Running Pace.
Want a bonus tip to improve your running? Alright cool. Many times, I see where people struggle with breathing, which creates a pain on the side and in some cases severe enough where you need to stop to catch your breath. I have had success in overcoming this condition while running. What I did is to match the breathing and exhale cycles. For example, I would breathe in on the first three steps that I take and then breathe out on the next three steps. You may need to play around with this because there are conditions that matter and do affect this formula. For example if you are running fast, it may be 2 steps in and 2 steps out. Hope this helps!
Whatever your Fitness Goals to Aim for are, running is a good way to address them. If you are not ready to run yet, well just start with walking then. But whatever you do, keep active!
