Health and Fitness GoalsFirst off, just wanted to start by wishing you and your family Merry Christmas, or Happy Holidays depending on your beliefs.

This is one of my favorite times of the year and is perfect time to review your accomplishments, let your family members know that you are grateful for having them in your life and have a good time regardless of what you are doing!

While it is fun to be around family for the Holidays and enjoy all the good food, this may not have a favorable impact on your Health and Fitness goals. That is totally understandable. If you have the discipline to keep on track, I applaud you, great job! If not, no big deal, do not beat yourself up. Just try to be reasonable and remember one bad day will not set you back all that much.
