To start off, do not beat yourself up. Things happen and sometimes for a good reason, but being too hard on yourself will only create negative feelings around you and will just make things worse. It happened, you cannot change the past… it is OK!
So now that you have realized what has been done, don’t starve yourself just the get back on track. In fact, you should try to get back to normal routine by eating smaller meals more frequently. This is a key to building strong and responsive metabolism.

Sometimes after a poor nutrition day, I dress a little warmer for my usual exercise routines just to get more sweat. It is almost like your fat is crying when you generate a good sweat session- and it feels so good when you are done!
