So Part 3, what there is left to talk about? Well a few things and maybe this will pull it all together for you.
- Our nutrition fitness tips for this part is to avoid fixed menu items. They are generally directing what they want you to buy without any consideration for your health or well being for that matter. You will have much better chance with your fitness journey if you pick the items from the menu yourself keeping your fitness goals in mind.
- When going shopping, make a grocery list and try to stick to it. This should keep you on track and hopefully force you stay away from the junk food since that should NOT be on the list.
- A huge offender in our diet that is holding us back is the usage of sugar. Try to replace sugar with spices while cooking at home.
- This nutrition fitness tips may seem a little strange, but it makes sense if you think about it! Don’t try to make drastic changes all at once. It is not a race to the finish line but rather a long term overhaul. Start slow, but keep consistent on improving your habits.
- The last tip… try to get your partner on board with what you are doing. It is more fun. But if that is not possible and if your other half is trying to pull you down with them, then it might be a good time for a friendly chat. Explain your goals, paint your picture and who knows, maybe with some more time, they will join you.
