So does your daily exercise routine justify exercise being a habit? Not exactly? Well here are a few things that may help you out because exercise is one of the better habits that you can have:
- Start small. If this is a big step for you, meaning you are just starting to develop your daily exercise routine, just take it easy. Trust me, you will be able to turn in up later down the road!
- Commit and set your intentions. What is it that you are trying to achieve? Define measurable personal fitness goals. Be specific here!
- Also think about WHY are you trying to address your goals at this specific time. Why is it important for you to get is shape? This will be your driving force once the going gets tough, and sooner or later it will.
- Find a fitness buddy that will help you with motivation to keep going. You don’t want to let your fitness buddy down, do you? It will also work the other way around, where you can be the motivator for someone else. Don’t be selfish, let’s be honest… how good does it feel to help others out?
Are You Ready To Change Your Daily Exercise Routine Yet?
Well I sure hope so! It is all the small things that add up over time to give you those overnight success results, lol!
5. Change Your Daily Exercise Routine. Become a morning person and get the workout done in the morning. But if you are like me, then evening after work is better. Just tailor to your personality and preferences, however change your daily routine that you have had all this time to incorporate the exercise.
6. This is kind of different tip, but change your mindset. Change the way you look at the exercise. Learn to like it, or better yet- LOVE it! The attitude that you do the actions with, will deeply impact your results. I mean, if you are negative towards the exercise, it will be very difficult for you to reach the personal training goals. Learn to love your body despite the fact that you have not achieved your goals yet. One thing is to visualize your success before you get there and it will take you less time.
7. Be consistent! This is where the pot of gold is hiding at. I know it gets tough, I know it gets hard. But how bad do you want it? Push through and just make a point to stick to your new daily exercise routine.
8. And the last tip is to keep going. Do not quit too soon. I know we expect the results right a way. But do you get that love handle right away after you eat a delicious pastry? NO! Same with the results, it just takes time. However, take my word for it, it is easier to keep going than starting all over again once you have gotten over the sick feeling of failure that you quit! Never give up!
If you have created a good daily workout routine, the chances are much higher for you to reach your personal fitness goals.
