There is no big secret that there is really no easy way to weight loss. You will have to work for it and change your daily habits from nutrition and exercise standpoint. Watching what and how much you eat will for sure aid to your weight loss journey, but you also need to get in a habit of some sort of exercise routine.
But what if you just absolutely hate to workout, does that mean you are totally doomed? Not necessarily, as I wanted to share some things with you today that you could do instead.
How To Burn Calories Without Exercise?
But before we dive into things that you could do to burn calories without exercise, I just want to make sure that you understand that some changes will need to be made. Like, you just cannot sit on the sofa and watch TV while snacking on a bag of chips and expect to burn calories. If that is your expectation from this article, then you might as well stop reading because there is no magic wand that will help you! So with that being said (and half of the people closing their browser) I want to talk to you… who is still here and want to take charge of their health and fitness.
So what could you do to burn calories without exercise? My favorite way is to participate in my children’s activities. Let it be playing games outside or going to the park or going for a walk. See this way you get to spend quality time and it does NOT feel like exercise at all. But guess what…? you are burning calories and to me that is the Easiest Way to Burn Calories! You can also count on Calories Burned Running Errands. This may not seem like a big deal, but at the end of the day it all ads up. Here is cool fitness tip, park towards the end of the parking lot which will force you walk to the store and carry stuff back to the car once you are done (unless you are using a cart, but even then, you are still pushing it so guess what… burning more calories).
Alright, so what’s next? Well, simply be more social. Next time you go to a party at your friends house or a family gathering, stay on your feet and socialize instead of looking for a cozy place where to park your behind. This will make it more interesting and you will have a better time as well.

Alright cool! Take a look at your office setting. Get up every 15 to 20 minutes and move around. Go get some water and then you will have to go to the bathroom. But I’m sure your guessed it, it burns calories. Plus water is really good for ya. Here is article I wrote about water consumption:
So next fitness tip may not be what you want to hear, but it is an idea that you can for sure try. So instead of just sitting down, watching TV, try to combine that with a few household chores. I watch some things while I fold laundry or dust the shelves around the TV. Sweeping the floor is another easy thing that you could do while watching TV. You are limited by your imagination. I guess the message is to start thinking more active lifestyle if you just absolutely hate to exercise. But… what if you would combine it all together? In conclusion, Calories Burned Daily Without Exercise are not much different than ones burned with exercise. I think it will come down to your preference. I love to get a good sweat on because it makes me feel accomplished afterwards, but don’t sweat it if that is not your thing. Just look for other ways to be more active! Just remember that the best way is The Healthy Way Weight Loss!!!
