Committing and following through with your Fitness Resolutions is a huge step in the right direction to achieve them, but is it enough to get you where you want to be? It may or may not but let’s take a look at some quick Health and Fitness Tips that may help you out!

First thing first… Drink plenty of water. It is just that simple, replace your soda drinks with water (you can squeeze some lemon for better taste if you wish) and target about 8 glasses per day. We normally agree that water intake should increase but for one reason or another we neglect to do it! Drinking more water not only ensures that your body is functioning properly, it also eases your appetite which is crucial step towards reaching your Weight Loss and Fitness Resolutions. Next easy thing that you can do is just be reasonable with you diet. In fact, restricting your diet too much may have a negative result at the end. It will be super though to follow through and you will be more than likely ready to take off your gloves and give up. It may however provide a surge of quick results, but will you be able to sustain that? Most likely not. Make your New Year Resolutions 2016 count. What else could help you with Basic Weight Loss Fundamentals?

Well, our suggestion is to focus on the muscle group that could yield the largest benefit. I am not saying exercise only that group, no not at all, we strongly believe that you should properly address all muscle groups (full body workouts) but… when it comes to leg day, push extra hard! Do additional squats for the biggest bang for the buck sort of thing. Legs can take more punishment and happens to be the largest muscle group. So don’t be shy when it comes to leg day!
